Guided visits of the interiors (chapel with a view of the apostles, representative halls and the underground) are sold only on site and only on the day; the times are published every day on the official site, and the languages vary by time slot.
The operator does not publish a visit length. The partner’s listing says 40 minutes for the tower, and the operator says a private guided tour of the interiors and the tower takes about 90 minutes.
The tower is accessible without steps for wheelchair users, with a lift from the ground floor to the third floor and a separate lift in the tower; the historic interiors are not barrier-free. Pushchairs are not accepted. Bags must be left in the cloakroom on the ground floor (maximum 70 x 40 x 45 cm). Photos for private use are allowed without a tripod, and flash is always banned. The ticket is valid for one visit. The operator describes the climb as demanding and says the lift is meant mainly for families with small children, older visitors and people with reduced mobility, and that it may be out of service.
